Fees

There are no in-going fees for residents at Pineview Retirement Home.
Our rates are reasonable and at this point in time are:

Semi private rooms $310.00 per week
Twin share rooms $310.00 each per week
Private rooms $450.00 per week
Self contained suites- from $465.00 per week
Respite from $75.00 per day

Further details are available depending on individual details.

All other fees and costs including doctors, pharmacists, telephone,
hairdressing and podiatrists etc. will be charged directly to the resident.
